CANCELLATION POLICY

Each customer is entitled to cancel their order before shipping has taken place and will receive a full refund. If a customer decides to cancel their order after the item has been shipped a refund will take place once the item has been returned in its original condition.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Watches

All watches are covered by a 24-month warranty. Warranties or guarantees are not transferable once sold by the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover:

Straps and glass.
Internal or external damage resulting from excessive wear, improper use or mishandling.

TAXES/DUTY

International orders can be subject to Customs import taxes, duties, and processing fees specified by the country of the receiver, and are the sole responsibility of the customer or person placing the order. For USA customers you have a tax-free threshold of $800 therefore anything purchased up to the value of $800 will not be subject to import duties/taxes on arrival in the USA. If for any reason a customer does not read the shipping policy before ordering and upon delivery finds they have to pay import taxes upon delivery and refuse to do so, the package is returned, and a refund will be processed less the cost of shipping the order.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can only be used online Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase. They cannot be resold, transferred for value or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
